SEARCH’s Jivit Thmei Television Program:
The Jivit Thmei (means New Life in Cambodian) television program airs weekly through Lowell Telecommunication Cable (LTC) access. Since 1999 this television program produced over 200 episodes focused on a range of health care issues collaborating with hosts from the health center as well as professionals from the community in English and in Khmer. This Jivit Thmei television program reaches all age groups. According to the Cambodian Community Health 2010, Community Behavioral Risk Factor Survey Results, 2002, 68% of adult Cambodians twenty five and older obtain health information from cable access, and 81% watch cable access. Each week or as possible, new episode will be posted here for you to view:
